Ambassador programme

For the people who already explain this for a living

Securities lawyers, accountants, incubator directors and consultants who spend their days telling founders how exempt offerings work.

What an ambassador does

  • Introduces issuers and firms who would be better off with a workspace than a shared inbox
  • Sits in the room with a client while the file gets built
  • Tells us what is missing, in the words a practitioner would use

What an ambassador is not

An ambassador is not a finder, not a placement agent, and is never paid for a securities transaction or on the amount anybody raises. Compensation, where there is any, relates to software subscriptions and is disclosed.

If a conversation is heading toward compensation tied to an investment, that is a different arrangement with a different licence behind it, and it does not happen here.

Being paid for introducing investors to an issuer is the classic unregistered-broker problem. This programme is built to stay well clear of it, and the terms say so.
