Pricing
A monthly subscription. The issuer keeps control of the offering process.

What the issuer pays other people. A bank or escrow agent, if the offering uses one, contracts with the issuer and bills the issuer — a per-offering minimum around $2,500 is the market for escrow. The issuer chooses the provider and pays its stated price directly. Sprowtt receives no referral fee, commission, markup or revenue share from any bank or escrow provider. An accreditation verification service bills the investor or the issuer directly, and counsel bills for counsel's work.
Usage above the plan. Seats, extra rooms, storage, API calls and conference minutes can be metered above the included allowance. Metering is on software use only, and never on the amount raised.
