Engagement insights
Engagement insights your team can review.
Deal-room activity turned into observations — what was opened, what was read, and where visits ended — each one traceable to the activity behind it.
Observations, not recommendations.
An observation such as “67% of visitors who opened Risk Factors did not view another item before leaving” is a fact about what happened in the room. It does not say why, and it does not say what to do. With a small number of visits it may simply be coincidence, and the report says so.
What the insights do
- Count visits, document viewers and completed actions for a period
- Show which sections and documents were opened, and in what order
- Describe where visits ended, in plain language
- Compare groups of visitors by what they viewed, as observed
- Link every observation back to the activity it came from
- Download as a PDF with its limitations printed on the page
What they never do
- Predict whether anyone will invest
- Tell the issuer to change its disclosures, terms or price
- Describe what investors “prefer” or what “costs” the issuer investors
- Score, rank or recommend any offering
- Treat a small number of visits as a trend

How activity data is used
Sprowtt may analyze recorded workspace activity to generate descriptive engagement summaries. They are informational only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not legal, financial, investment, pricing, solicitation, compliance, or offering advice. Review the underlying activity and consult qualified advisors before acting.
Issuer-controlled
The report belongs to the issuer's workspace. It is not shared with other issuers, and it is never used to show your investors anyone else's offering.
Privacy first
Activity capture is switched off for an offering until the issuer's own privacy policy describes it. Investors are told what is recorded.
Limits on the page
Every downloaded report carries a stored statement of what it is and is not, rendered into the PDF — not only shown on screen.
See it against a real room. The demo deal room shows the investor side; a platform demo shows the report the issuer receives.
